As mentioned before (and after the last 2 quizzes) we will most likely have to give up the back room for the last 2 weeks of June.. it's EURO 2008 quarter/semi finals and there might be some people who want to watch the footie on the big screen..
Options so far are:
a) move the quiz to a different night (the only possible one would be Tuesday tho as there is neither live music nor football)
b) take it outside... which means that we can't have picture rounds (or just handouts) and music (unless you feel like singing :) BUT if offers countless other possibilities to have fun..
We could do charades, or other games/creative rounds, we could actually do some sort of "karaoke" or write/recite "poetry/limericks/jokes".. or play something like ..whatever that's called when you have to draw your answers.. the mind boggles, like :)
It would take a bit of extra preparation and I would need to know exactly how many teams we're going to be but it sounds as if we could be having massive fun.. and we wouldn't have to take ciggie breaks every 10 minutes :)
All that, of course, if the weather holds.. which, according to the forecast for June, should be the case..
