Wilde Quiz #23 - Simply Smashing

Once more I have to say - one of the most enjoyable quiz nights ever.. knowledgeable, funny, very well-behaved crowd, and all-round great entertainment. Would that it could always be like that. We'll definitely do our best to keep that level.. or even surpass it for the GREAT CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEASON 2 FINALE on Thursday 15 December!!!
Points, pictures (tons of really, really, really grest ones, I promise :)) up here tomorrow/Saturday..
Yogi right went to Humboldt Hobos... already chosen but should you want to change your mind, you have till Sunday 9pm. Just send me a mail.
Remember that tables are scarce (only 29 and 'ghost tables' 36+37 left for next week).. so if you're not in yet, phone the Oscar's ASAFP. :)

This is the updated reservation list for WQ23-25... if you want in phone Oscar's now. This goes particularly for the Christmas Quiztravaganza.. we'll have posters up in the Oscar's on Monday and any remaining tables are free for all.

Wilde Quiz #22 - Where The Fuck Was David Ellis?

That was the only thing that rather pissed me off.... everything else was just fan-fucking-tastic.
It was Strike 3 for WTFIDE? - reserving and not showing without even cancelling.. again.. you have forfeited your 'regular' table and thus have to show up in future, chancing it. Table 24 is henceforth the regular table of Alpha Strong.

Right peops, the end (of 2011) is nigh and we have only 4 quizzes left. And since it's easier this way.. here are the tables already gone, and the ones still available (as of Monday 28 November).

There is no preferential treatment for anyone, if you want in (particularly for Ye Wilde Quizmas), do reserve your table (or any table) as soon as. Likewise, if you're on the list but don't think you belong - let me know, nothing easier than erasing your name again ;)

Right, bit delayed but.. I had to take time off for birthday and sickdays.
BTW - thanks to those who kindly sent wishes, gifts & funny thoughts :).. much appreciated. Biggest thanks though to the blind linesman assistant referee who made sure I got my best birthday prezzie against ManYoo.

Wilde Quiz #21 - good news, bad news

Well, the good and bad news is.. Ye Wilde Quiz #21 on 24 November is BOOKED OUT! Totally. To the point of being almost overbooked. So if you haven't had the foresight to reserve your table you'll have to wait at least another week till Wilde Quiz #22.

If - for whatever reason - you are in the book and cannot make it tomorrow, please do phone the Oscar's and let them know so they can get some poor table-less team the chance to win.

I'll be seeing the lot of you tomorrow, bright and early (or at least IN TIME), with 15+teams we have to start at 8.15pm at the very latest. And since I'm struggling with a cold at the moment, crowd control could be a problem so - BEST BEHAVIOUR tomorrow, alreet? Otherwise I'll unleash the teachers on yis :P
