Genetic freebie (and points)

Been busy with new genetic experiments and have leftovers.. well, that one didnt' really fit in either the left/right or top/bottom categories...
First one to get both people hidden in this pic starts with 2 points ... tomorrow, or next week, or the week after.. Just leave a comment with your guess and team name here.
Use whatever means available to you ;).. it's tricky but not impossible.
 And since we don't do halbe Sachen - you have to get BOTH PEOPLE for the 2 points. No 1 pt per person. Like it or leave it.

Und da sich Teams Bravo, Mr. & Mrs Lovin' und Fuck If I know (LUV your team name :)) dann auch noch getraut haben kann man die erste Runde ansatzweise als Erfolg ansehen.

If you read this in time - you can send me your suggestion or wishes for the third question round. You choose the topic, I pick the questions. Deadline is Saturday 8pm. Best mail me. Or leave a comment here if you want to give the others a heads up :)

The rest up here later this week, as usual. AND since everything is new again - if you do not reserve a table you might find that the 'dinner crowd' got there before you.. and once they're sitting it's tough to get them up and out again. Even if they don't want to play they're there. So - book your table before Monday afternoon, otherwise you might have to stand.
Looking forward to seeing old and new faces on 24th (Pinkies?!? table 51?) so train the brain, and spread the word... und nun gehtet hinfort und wehret euch.

Time for a Quiky?!

It's big, it's bad, it's BAAAAAACK.

Wie bereits angedeutet geht das heitere Fragen-Beantworten (oder Antwort-Erraten) weiter.. in Mitte.
Nachdem die groben Details geklärt sind haben wir auch einen Starttermin.

NewQuiky #1 - Montag 17. Januar, 20.00 Uhr, Kilkenny Irish Pub, Hackescher Markt.

Einige von euch werden sich sicher noch erinnern können, die anderen werden nicht lange brauchen um sich umzugewöhnen. Und für die meisten ist Mitte im derzeitigen BVG-Chaos einfacher zu erreichen und wieder zu verlassen als Charlottenburg.
Allgemeine Regeln & Runden bleiben bestehen (5 Runden in Deutsch & Englisch, Bilder auf der Leinwand, grüne Hüte, gelbe & rote Karten, Drinks, Nüsse, mehr Drinks, freier Eintritt, Reservierung empfohlen)
Geplant sind erst mal die 3 letzen Montage im Januar (17., 24. und 31.), danach sehen wir weiter. Wenn alles gut läuft gibt's vielleicht 'zur Belohnung' den Donnerstag zurück.
Also - flugs Tische gebucht (am einfachsten und sichersten telefonisch unter (030) 283 20 84 oder per mail oder per QMM) und die grauen Zellen gelüftet. ('alte' Hinweise zum Thema Reservierungen, und Tischplan guckst du hier)
Runden: Alles was mit 'A' anfängt. 2010 Rückschau. All or Almost Nothing (Zocker-Runde :)... Jede Menge neue genetische Experimente. Musik - Jahreszeiten oder ganz was anderes... Andere Vorschläge? Wünsche?

By God, she's got it!!

Ever since Thursday and this genetic experiment,

I'd been searching my files and racking my brain. But the answer to the question "who is Johnny Depp's bottom half?" eluded me.. till now. I took the pic apart again, and found the Johnny Depp original in my files.

So far, so dead easy. All that was left now was this part

but still I couldn't find a matching picture in the celebrity folders. It was driving me nuts because I knew I knew the nose.. and quite a few guesses and googles later, hey presto!!
STING!!!
I don't have the original picture I used but here's proof.

Riddle solved. If it's any consolation, I wouldn't have got the 1 point either :D
As for the doubting Thomases who didn't believe it was the Hoff - guckt ihr hier!

Admittedly a tricky one but hey, life as a quizzer is not fair!

Quickie

Man mag es ja kaum für möglich halten aber einen Tag später gibt's schon die Punkte. Und auch noch graphisch halbwegs ansprechend dargeboten. Ist das der Anfang vom Ende der Welt?!?
Und dann auch noch was zum Üben oder auch nur Anschauen für diejenigen die gestern nicht kommen konnten/durften/wollten. Neue genetische Experimente, Auflösung next week, für die die nicht selbst drauf kommen.


Und dann auch noch eine ungefähre Vorschau auf #37.. Schock, Horror, aaaaaaaaaaaargh.
Yogi-Runde (es sei denn Tick, Trick & Track entschließen sich doch zu kommen) - das gestern hinten runter gefallene Thema Karl May. Auch wenn dann schon Juni ist (das jetzt bitte nicht kommentieren, es ist Freitag und war 'ne lange Woche :D)
Und dann gibt's nochmal "Gone in 60 Seconds - the Movie Edition" - 18 Bilder aus 18 Filmen in 1 Minute. 2 mal. Augen spitzen sah ich nur :D
Musik könnte polyphon werden, oder irgendwas das mir jetzt noch nicht einfällt.

Wie gestern nochmals erwähnt - wer Bitten, Ideen oder Vorschläge zu Runden oder Themen hat, darf die gerne jederzeit formlos einreichen. Auf den üblichen Wegen.
Rest über's Wochenende - ich hab wirklich vor, mal ein oder zwei Runden die schon dran waren zum Üben hier rein zu schmeißen. Wenn Zeit und Wetter das so zulassen.

Bisher hatten wir "nur" 2-in-1 Bilder (abgesehen von den 2 Versuchen aus 2x2 eins zu machen).
Hier sind SEHR gute Beispiele wie man 3 in 1 umwandeln kann.
Und jetzt entschuldigt mich - ich hab da einiges an Photoshop aufzuholen :)

Guest genetic experiment

Almost forgot, I promised to put up a 5-in-1 genetic experiment made by Jon for Feid Club's home quiz.
I have looked at it long and hard and can only guess at 1 and a half "celebrities". Oh, and they're all sports-related. Go and give it a good guess, I'll try and get the answers from the artist.

Das obige Puzzle ist ein genetisches Experiment von Jon, das sich aus 5 (mehr oder weniger) berühmten SportlerInnen zusammensetzt. Ich hab' nicht die leiseste, ihr könnt euch gerne dran versuchen während ich los gehe um die Anworten in Erfahrung zu bringen.

As mentioned before, this is purely for entertainment puposes. No more competition. Since I still intend to spend Friday night at the Happy Pigs Quiz, here are enough picture puzzles to tide you over till Sunday or so. 4 macros, 2 horizontal genetic experiments and last but no least lesser known comic heroines. Heros for the girls in the next issue :)

Before I head off into the sunset and the well-deserved and much-needed weekend, here are the last two missing puzzle pieces for week 2 (1 horizontal genetic experiment and the mystery object of the week). I've decided to stick to pictures as they're not as easy to cheat on as questions. Might have to re-think the format. Or the idea in general.
