Caption of the Week WQ#147

Almost forgot.. for extra points this week, you don't have to predict anything. Just use your wit (a certain American should not even try) and find a funny caption for this pic. Up to 3 points will be given for witty comments. Unlike funny points at the quiz, the captions will be judged and points awarded by the MerryQuizMiz alone ;)

New fun feature revealed

The successor to our (too) long-running Prediction of the Week is.... (drum roll)

Crazy Caption of the Week!!! (ta-daaaa!!!!)

Simple and goes like this.. every week you'll get a picture that - in itself - might not be all that hilarious and you have to come up with a funny caption. You can give me your lines on the night or else leave a comment on the blog or mail them to quiz_miz@hotmail.com. The deadline is always the Wednesday afore the next quiz, at midnight..
I thought it'd be more fun (as the answers are going to be read out on Thursdays and also published here). Additionally it gives non- or semi-regular teams a chance to get a valuable point...
Obviously I'm judge and jury on that but make me laugh (or at least grin) and you'll get your point :)

Und der Fairness und des guten Verständnisses halber das Ganze in Deutsch. Unsere langgediente Vorhersage der Woche zur Erlangung von Bonuspunkten wurde abgeschaftt.. Dafür gibt's jetzt die Crazy Caption of the Week - lustige Bildunterschriften die gleichfalls Bonuspunkte bringen können. Jede Woche gibt's ein neues Bild das an sich nicht notwendigerweise zum Brüllen ist. Wenn euch eine lustige Bildunterschrift / Anmerkung dazu einfällt könnt ihr diese entweder am Quizabend abgeben oder aber hier im blog oder per mail hinterlassen. Einsendeschluß ist jeweils der Mittwoch vor dem nächsten Quiz um Mitternacht. Die Punktevergabe liegt in meinem Ermessen - bringt mich zum Lachen (oder wenigstens zum Grinsen) und ihr könntet mit einem Bonus ins nächste Quiz starten..
Oh, und die Antworten werden am Abend verlesen und hier veröffentlicht..
