Remember, remember... Wilde Quiz in September

After the 3-week football break Ye Wilde Quiz returneth on Thursday 22 September with WQ#209. We start at 8pm (or thereabouts) and have loads of tricky and amusing new questions and picture puzzles. Topics will range from knights to Knappen, Irving to iWords, flags to food... and lots more.

Zombies, hamsters, history... Ye Wilde Quizze returneth

Another month, another quiz (actually, three in September).. We kick off the month with WQ#208 on Thursday 1 September at 8pm.
The holidays are over and we're slowly approaching autumn. Quiz attendance is going to pick up and if you want in on the fun you'd best reserve a table (by mail). At the moment we still have 5 tables, that'll change soon.
We're going to have a wild(e) mix of topics this week and maybe see a return of the raspberry vodka shots.

After a wee summer break (and on-fire BallZ' HasenQuiz hat-trick) we return to Ye Olde Wilde Quizze.

WQ#207 is very much on ... Thursday 18 August, 8pm (or thereabouts). We still have 4 tables, if you want one of them send me a mail (quiz_miz@hotmail.com). (DO NOT PHONE OSCAR WILDE, I won't get the info till Thursday 8pm and then it might be too late)

We have smashing new picture puzzles and loads of highly entertaining topics & questions (incl. Olympics ;). Alcohol, nuts & loads of fun go without saying. If you miss this one you'll have to wait till September.

Slow Summer

After the fun family affair that was WQ#205 we'll have one more 'regular' Thursday quiz in July.
If you're interested in attending WQ#206, come down to Oscar Wilde on Thursday 21 July. We start at 8pm so make sure you're there on time. If you're WQ newbies it'd help us (and yourselves) if you booked a table and read the rules.

Due to EURO 2016 semi finals we have to move Wilde Quiz #205. The only possible date next week is TUESDAY 5 July.

We meet for Wilde Quiz #204 on Thursday 23 June (8pm KO) and have a magnificent mix of questions, pictures & tunes. 5 questions on Muhammad Ali, beer, EURO 2016, Doctor Who, Brits & Brexit, famous quotes and catchphrases, national anthems, songs with names in the title.. and much more.
