Post-Oster post

Apologies for the tardiness but I enjoyed a long and brilliant Easter weekend, with too much food, family and fun.. and promotion for Newcastle. Yes, no more jokes, at least not about being second-class.. only 5 more weeks!!! Then it's back in the Premier League. And the worrying starts.
However in the meantime I can (try to) concentrate on quizzes..

I didn't get any Yogi suggestions, from anyone so I'm gonna make that round Silver (as in "silverware", the kind Newcastle are going to win in the next few days.. or week(s). So, basically anything that glitters and could potentially attract magpies :D.. from Silver Surfer to silver medals, silverbacks to Silver Dagger...
Round 1 is Oh Captain, my Captain. From Janeyway to Ahab, Edward Smith to Captain Haddock and any other sea or space-faring leader in history, and fiction. And music (anyone remember "the Captain of her heart"??.. :)
Round 2 is Lucky Dip - similar to Darts Round but without the pointed objects. I'll prepare a bag/hat full of questions from which you can pick 9. All categories.
Music - brought to you by the letter "P" (as in Promotion, Premier League, Peter Lovenkrands...)
Pictures - the usual.. still a few macros and mystery objects left over from Easter :D .. and hopefully new genetix.
No Prediction of the Week anymore, you rarely make one anyway and Newcastle can more or less play as they want from now till August.
